Leffel calls him "Elisha Phillips, Sr." as the son of Irad and Eunice, though the marriage record with Volley Burlison has Elisha Phillips, Jr., The best evidence is that Elisha Phillips [10640] (designated "Jr" in early Posey Count census lists) is not the son of Elisha and Electa. Elisha and Electa prob. had at least one other son.3,4
