    Item. To my brother John Stinchcomb, 5,000 pounds of tobacco, to be shipped home for Bristol and consigned to him.
    Item. To my brother Nicholas and my sister Rebecca Handcocke, their children, net produce of 10,000 pounds of tobacco, shared alike, to be shipped home for Bristol "according to my brother John Stinchcomb's advice."
    Item. Servant John Merriken to be free; each servant bequeathed one cow calfe.
    Item. The rest of estate, lands, goods, debts and chattels, to "my loving wife Tomasine Stinchcomb."
