    St Catharine’s Church, Pelham, was the scene this morning of the wedding of Miss Mary Elizabeth Hartnett, daughter of Mrs. Joseph Hartnett of 42 Harmon Avenue Pelham, and the late Mr. Hartnett,, and George H. Cordier, son of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Cordier of 527 Second Avenue, Pelham.
    The Rev. Henry Hammer officiated at the 10 o'clock nuptial mass. A reception followed at the home of the bride's mother.
    The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, Lieutenant Commander Joseph Hartnett, U.S.N.R., was gowned in white satin made with a train. Her long illusion veil was draped from an orange blossom coronet and she carried gardenias and sweet peas.
    Miss Anne Hartnett, the bride’s sister, was maid of honor in a gold-shaded brocaded gown and matching feathered headdress. Another sister, Miss Estelle R. Hartnett, was bridesmaid in a blue brocaded gown and blue plumed headdress. Both attendants carried yellow roses.
    Gerald Dunphy of Pelham was best man and ushers included Lieutenant Vincent W. Hartnett, U.S.N.R., the bride’s brother, and Lieutenant Jean McTeigue, Army, of Woodstock, N. Y.
    The couple left on a wedding trip to Florida.
    The bride is a graduate of St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in Indiana. Her husband was graduated from St Ann’s School for boys in New York, and attended Columbia University. He was in service 29 months, including 19 months in the Pacific at Saipan and Okinawa. Mr. Cordier for 12 years has maintained an industrial real estate and appraisal office which bears his name in this city.

    Miss Doris-Anne Rehm, daughter of George J. Rehm, of 114 Second Avenue, Pelham, and the late Mrs. Rehm, today became the bride of Vincent W. Hartnett, son of Mrs. Joseph P. Hartnett, of 56 Archer Drive, Bronxville and the late Mr. Hartnett.
    "The double ring ceremony took place at St. Catharine's Church, North Pelham, with the Rev. Arthur A. Campbell, officiating at 10 A. M. A reception followed at the Hotel Gramatan, Bronxville.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father. Miss Alice M. Rehm was maid of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were the Misses Genevieve Donovan of Bellerose, L. I., and Anne C. Hartnett of Bronxville.
    Joseph P. Hartnett was best man for hi brother, and ushers were John J. Donovan of Bellerose and George H. Cordier of New Rochelle.
    The bride attended the Ursuline School and the College of New Rochelle.
    Her husband, a well-known magazine writer, has had articles published in The Saturday Evening Post, This Week Magazine and other periodicals. He is a veteran of three years' service with the United States Navy, and as a lieutenant, saw action
    in the Pacific on the staffs of Admirals Ghormley, Halsey and Nimitz. Mr. Hartnett holds commendations from the three admirals and from Admiral King, former Chief of Naval Operations.
    The couple plan to live in New Rochelle."
