In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All:
I, Hannah Cord, of Mt. Washington Anderson Township Hamilton County and State of Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and Testament;
First, that at my death, all my funeral expenses of every kind must be paid;
2nd That all my just debts of every kind properly verified be paid;
3rd To Walter J. Trotter, my son, I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in money to be paid to him from my estate and the ien table and glass the Family Bible. Also the bedstead and bureau in the spain bed room with all the army pictures.
4th To Walter Trotter, my (grandson) I give my silver Castor.
5th To Joseph T. Stoms my (grandson) I give the silver fife that belonged to my (son) Joseph Trotter.
6th To Susan L Stoms my (daughter) I give and devise the house and lot, where she now lives on the North Side of Wolf Street in the Village of Mt. Washington, and further described as follows: Bounded on the South by Wolf Street, on the north by J. & Z. Demar, on the west by Wm. M. Tugman and on the east by A. Cordana and being the same property deeded to me by Samuel Woodruff, to have and to hold the same for her own proper use forever.
7th To Susan L. Stoms my (daughter) I give and bequeath all the remainder of my household goods not otherwise disposed of together with all my chattel property forever.
In testimony hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 21st day of May in the year 1892.
