Mary Cournane
Eugene's second marriage is speculative until further evidence confirms that Eugene is the same as Eugene, widower of Catherine. The Ancestry citation for the marriage gives both Mary Cournane and Mary Curran, without explanation. It could be a variant, or poss. Mary's name from her previous marriage. There is no explanation for the 1911 census entry for Eugene and Mary that has Mary in the current marriage for 40 years.2
