Narrative: John Philip Coblentz, Sr, marr. 16 Dec 1816 Susanna Hemp (27 Jul 1795 - 8 Jul 1869. "On 3.9.1833 he purchased a tract of land from his brother, Peter and wife Magdalena, and other heirs at law of George Breckenbaugh, dec. All these heirs and grantors were living in Montgomery Co., Ohio, and this tract of land was in Frederick Co., Md. (Re: JS41-516). Magdalena was the widow of George Breckenbaugh, and a daughter of Nicolaus Bowlus. John Philip and wife Susanna are buried twelve miles from Dayton, Ohio, at Germantown, Ohio." Children
