On 22 Mar 1815, sale made to Jacob Coblentz at $30/acre for a total of $8,190, with widow’s 1/3 dower laid out; each 1/9 share was $873.70.
Also mentioned, regarding appointment of a guardian on 4 Apr 1815 was: Apalonea Cramer, Simon Crumbaugh vs. Philepenia, Susanna, Catharine, and George Devilbiss with Jacob Cramer to act as commissioner.
