    I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Sarah Bailley Eighty acres of Land being part of that Hundred acres I purchased out of a tract of Land called Athols where George Bailley is now settled, to her, her heirs and assigns forever.
    I give and bequeath to my Loving son, John Maclane and my daughter Maclane my tract of land called Hectors Chance containing three hundred acres and lying on the Run called Bens Run, on the north side, Patapsco River in the County of afd to be equally divide between them to them their heirs & assigns forever.
    I give and bequeath to my loving son William Maclane my plantation and tract of land called Bought Witt containing forty acres and twenty acres of land the remaining part of One Hundred acres I purchased out of the tract of land called Atholl and forty acres of land out of my tract called Hectors Fancy, the same parcels of land to be laid out all adjoining the End to the Other to him his heirs & assigns forever.
    I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Sarah Maclane the remaining part of my tract of land called Hectors Fancy being sixty acres to her, her heirs and assigns forever.
    I give and bequeath to my afd Sarah Bailey one pound current money, to her, her heirs, Excer, admer or assigns.
    I give and bequeath to my fored son John Maclane the sum of five pounds current money, two cows and calves, and two sows and pigs or ____ pigg, to be delivered to him when he settles upon his own land; but neither of the said money, cattle nor hogs to be paid to him before the said time, to him, his heirs, Excer, admer and assigns.
    I give and bequeath all my personal Estate not ___ particularly bequeathed to be equally divided between my af. three children, William, Katha, and Sarah Maclane, to them, their heirs, Excer, admer and assigns.
    I give and bequeath to each of my former wife Anne Maclane, her children, the sum of one shilling current money to be paid in twelve months after my decease of the same be legally demanded, to them, their heirs, Excer, admer and assigns.
    Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint my loving wife Amy Maclane, my whole and sole Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. Thereby revoking and making null and void all other and former will or wills, any manner of way made or declared by me preceding this date and declare this to be my only Last Will and Testament. Witness my hand and seal this 2nd day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred twenty and two.
