Obituary | circa 13 November 1996 | Obituary for Carrie Tremper was published "Carrie Jessie, age 87, of Stewartsville, Ind., died Sunday, November 10, 1996, at Forest Del Nursing Home in Princeton, Ind. She was born in Boonville, Ind., on October 5, 1909, the daughter of John J. Tremper and Mary Jane Hicks Tremper. She was a member of Bethsaida Christian Church, and was a Posey County 4-H leader, and a Sunday School teacher. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guy C. Jessie, her father, John J. Tremper and her mother, Mary Jane Tremper. She is survived by two sons, five daughters, 30 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
