To his grandsons Samuel and William Badlam one-half of cedar swamp in Braintree. To his grandchildren (children of his daughter Mercy, deceased, viz., John Kingman, Elisha Kingman, Daniel Kingman, Mary Blanchard. Hannah Kingman, Mercy Kingman and Lydia Kingman, each £10. To my grandchildren (children of my daughter Hannah, deceased) Viz., Hannah Tirrell, Mary Tirell and Bathsheba Bisby, to each £10. To his maid Elizabeth penny one cow and the keeping while she live unmarried, and use of house. To his grandsons Nicholas Phillips and William Phillips his homestead, buildings, stock, etc. at 21 years. James Pettee of Weymuth, executor.
