Will dated 17 Sep. 1673, inventory taken 30 Sep. 1673; court record p. 134, will proven 25 Nov. 1673. Gives to Sarah his wife, son John Grave (incl. land adjacent to Tho. Catlin), "sonn-in-law Jonathan Deming", dau. Mary Dow (also as Dowe), "grandaughter Priscilla Markham" (also as Marcum), son George; sons John and George executors. Dea. Grave will that his son George "should take my Estate into his hands & custodie, & the care of my wife, his mother-in-law, & see that shee bee Comfortably provided for during the time of her life", which prob. means step-mother.
