(Mrs. William Booth of Anchorage, Mrs. T J Moran of Fairbanks and Mrs. Tony Sumaker of Fairbanks); also sixty-seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Author of My First Ten Years in Alaska; worked for two years from 1910 around Circle City, then "floated down the Yukon River to Ft. Yukon." Was a trapper to 1927, then established a trading post at Fort Yukon; from 1939-1941 was a buyer of furs for Charles Goldstein (dec.); retired 1959. Burial 9 Mar 1963, Hudson's Bay Memorial Cemetery.
